Hi! My name is SecretQuill, and this is my first time here. I am a UK-based writer, primarily writing fan fiction at the moment but also in the process of planning my novel, which I will soon begin writing. IRL I have a short story published and I've won two short film script competitions that got made into short films.
I currently write a long-standing BL fan fiction based off two characters from the anime Haikyuu!!, of the pairing Hinata Shoyo x Oikawa Toru (the ship name is Oihina).

I’m developing a comic / manhwa adaptation of one of my completed NSFW chapters.
I am going to start small with just a portion of the chapter to see how it goes.
I’m currently looking for a storyboard artist who can help bring the scenes to life through expressive panel composition, perspective, emotional pacing, and strong storytelling.
The project includes intimate, romantic, and sexually explicit scenes between male characters, so please only apply if you are comfortable working with adult/NSFW content.
You can think of the style as Twittering Birds Never Fly and the mood as Define The Relationship
Responsibilities
• Create clean line storyboards based on my written chapter and scene breakdowns
• Convey character poses, perspective, emotion, and pacing clearly across each panel
• Maintain consistency in characters and settings
• Collaborate via feedback rounds to refine layout and flow
• Keep open communication about progress and schedule
Required Skills
• Strong sense of composition and visual storytelling
• Comfortable illustrating romantic/sexual body poses using male anatomy
• Clean, readable line work
• Open to feedback and collaboration
• Communicative and reliable with deadlines
Nice-to-Haves
• Background or interest in comics, manga, visual novels, doujinshis, manhwas especially the kind on Tapas, Lezhin and TappyToon etc.
• Experience with storyboarding or sequential art
• You've seen the anime Haikyuu!! or read the manga / know the characters
Project Details & Payment
This is a paid commission.

Scope: approximately 10 pages of storyboard (TBD once we finalize the scene breakdown)

I’ll provide all the materials you need — the chapter text, character and setting descriptions, tone references, and specific emotional beats.
Context
The context of the scene is a romantic weekend getaway in a ryokan in Japan, where Hinata loses his virginity to Oikawa. As much as I love reading manhwas, a lot of the time I don't find them realistic in their portrayal of sex, and the art usually panders to the gratification of the viewer. I want to create a manhwa true to what I have written: a delicate, intimate scene laced with vulnerability, fragility and uncertainty, not just two characters humping. I want this to be a patient, kind and realistic portrayal, of someone trusting their body to another person for the very first time, nervous but willing.
