Suddenly remembered an old webcomic... can't find it

It's set in WW2... main protagonist is this German ace pilot who is introverted... and he has this demon he's communicating with who is responsible for telling him what to do during combat missions... basically getting philosophical and pondering questions like "what is your purpose when there's no war?" "What if Germany loses this war will you be a hero or war criminal? Or fade into obscurity?"

It's drawn in anime style. Black and white. Art not the best... sometimes proportions inconsistent. War planes drawn better than people.

Sound like the comic The Devil's Pilot.

I suspect this is more likely a lesser-known webcomic or doujin than a popular manga.
