Hello to everyone, Maybe I can use some of your suggestions to develop the right behaviour on one of my characters.
This is my webcomic:
A youth baseball team is facing their own differencies in order to become a good team. Each team member have his/her characteristics and behaviours.
One of them, Marsilio, is an alien that I would define as a good/good alignment. He is always positive on everyone and everything. Even when a team member insult him to not being good at playing, and left the team to join the rival team, Marsilio stayed positive about him, smiling, being happy for his success and simply positive for the good.
In the last panel of chapter 1, Marsilio returns home, to his dad, caliming how happy he is to play baseball and to have friends that help him, declaring, however, that he still have to learn a lot to play good.
The father ask him why is not using his telekinesis powers to be better, and Marsilio, according to his character, said that he won't use them, because it's not fair. Good.
So, now we know he can be greater that how he is, but also that he will not use his powers in game.
I initially wanted this powers to be in him, to be able to use them, somehow, in the future of the story.
All season 2 will be focused on normal matches, facing a game rule each chapter, developing all characters.
I was not planning to use his powers here.
In Season 3 Marsilio will be selected for the national team, facing international teams, maybe even an alien team.
But the question is: What event will convince Marsilio, according to his natural beavhiors, to use his powers in game?
What will let him to become hungry, what will force him to use them? And will he use them openly or in a subtle way, not to be discovered?
Any idea?
