There aren't many cute scenes in my comic (yet) but I think this one could classify! [image]
It feels easier on paper tbh! [image]
This had me cackling for a good while, spot on XD
Perhaps this one, I always exaggerate Paul's expressions-

For me it's probably Vinnie. He's big and tough and plays hockey, but he collects toy dinosaurs and is very soft. It's a shared OC between my friend and I and appears in my comic

You bet i'm gonna dump extra art on everyone!! No but in all seriousness, i have an extra series where i post either mini comics or art of the characters that appear in my comic, because i thought it'd be a cleaner way to show extra content, rather than interrupting the comic itself with it here a…
Mine is action and fantasy (mostly revolving around different tiers of magic)~ It's just picking up, getting to the juicy plot lmao
I remade a Christmas drawing from 2 years ago of my main characters from my comic Insane Five! [image]
I post an A4 page per update and it's usually 3-4 panels big, but I've had 2 panel pages, when showing the environment for instance. People seem to be fine with it!
Look up Oban Star Racers! The people in that cartoon don't have noses and it can help you with different angles! [image]
That broom swiping doodle is amazing, made my day
This is my latest page! [image]
I use the lineart layer on Sai for .. well lineart lmao! It helps me control the lines better and is much faster, also being able to select and resize or duplicate lineart is such a big plus! It does help~ Thank you!! <3
My sketch layers look chaotic, so i usually delete them after, but I've salvaged some sketches from previous pages! I usually draw on paper first if i want it to be faster or more accurate, but i also do sketches directly on the PC. These are made with a mouse though, which is why i prefer paper, ca…
What if he keeps advancing and the desire to win gets bigger, so he feels this peer pressure, he feels that he has the means to help him and his teammates win? He gets selected for the national team, which is a big deal and that's when the competition is strong. You could make him start off by bei…
It's not a bad comment and i don't know if it classifies as 'the most', but it still makes me laugh to this day and it's a lil wtf cause i still don't know whom they were referring to, from all the characters on the page.

Ah I've recently put old art and new art of my main characters side by side and it is indeed satisfying to see! Not sure when each of the old ones was drawn, but it was @ 2015 and earlier! [image] [image] [image] [image] [image]
I've learnt that centipedes eat bats. They climb up cave walls, hang from them, catch a flying bat and sting it, infusing it with a powerful venom that kills it instantly. Then as the bat's flesh liquefies, they eat them. Centipedes also attack and eat roaches, frogs and even mice. Sometimes mice wi…
Usually, i try to immerse myself in the exact atmosphere of the scene i'm trying to portray, if there is a specific one and i wanna put emphasis on an emotion. That means i'll listen to specific songs only and that can vary. Can either be serious or just very silly. Faith No More - Superhero - whe…
Ahhh thanks! I had a lot of fun with it! Covers are nice to design, cause you get more freedom imo, since you don't have to upkeep a certain consistency, which i feel opens for the opportunity of toying with the colors or symbols!
I sit here vegetating like a beached jellyfish until i get a mental image of what i wanna put in each panel, then i either sketch on paper and scan or attempt to sketch directly on the PC with my mouse. I don't own a tablet so most of the time, when i wanna be accurate and quicker, i sketch on paper…
I like playing with words a lot and sometimes i write short poems, but i don't think i'm that good. I guess they're just thoughts passing by! They might sound a little miserable ;v; sorry There it is again. When my skin cracks up Tar leaks and then In vain i hold a cup To fill it and poison myself …
I forgive you <3 rookie mistake~
Not so loud! Do you want everyone to know?
My picture is a doodle of my orange cat, Kitty. A lot of people wonder what the heck it is, because it doesn't really look like a cat, but i like it. I've chosen it because i feel it's simple, yet eye catching. [image]
Ah you're too kind! I used to be so bad at backgrounds so i worked on trying to find means of making them better, not being lazy about them etc. One thing i forgot to mention, gaussian blur is really nice for depth, if you soft blur certain areas of the background, really nice effect! Here's a vid…
Aside from what I've written in the description, that it centers around 5 characters dealing with both external and internal issues, meaning physical and psychological problems, my comic world has magic, there's humor because i just enjoy word play and humor of situations and well.. a lot of pecu…
I use photos as reference for the lineart and stuff, add or remove things according to what i need. It's much easier to make sure i get perspectives right and add enough detail to make it a noteworthy background! For this specific page i used Air Canada Centre as reference~
The only covers i have so far (you can read my comic here, if you so fancy: Insane Five) [image] [image]
