The brown haired man laughed in union. A ordinary person would've been intimidated. However Akros has seen and experienced worse things in his distant past. He took another sip of his beer.

"Fair enough i suppose.
You were saying something about the beach? And a noodle shop?
Not that i know what these noodles are, they probably taste better than the meals i make" Akros jokingly said.

"Well i guess that solves things too." Akros replied.

Akros thinks to himself: I'm meeting all kinds of odd people today huh?

Having arrived in the middle of the night Zoltan was at last doing what he had dreamed of for more years than he could remember..he was taking a vacation. Others of his kind had mocked him for the very thought of a vacation, and it had taken a number of years and some painful burns to get the sun lotion strong enough to go out in the sunlight (not to mention it made him look a weird blue colour) but at last he was here and would not be spending the next two weeks as normal sleeping in a box during the day light hours.
Wearing his new yellow shorts and white shirt with the cool new shoes (apparently now called trainers) Zoltan stepped gingerly out of the shadows and into the daylight. he gasped a little expecting the usual searing pain and burst of fire, but NO it was fine and with his toothy smile he walked with a joyful step towards the beach taking in all around him.

Greer smiled as she started to lead Akros towards the shop. "Come on, I'm going to change anyway and then hit the water. But I can take you to the noodle shop. I'm just waiting..."

She stopped as her cell buzzed. She picked it up and looked at it, looking sad. "Aw, my brothers aren't coming. Oh well... I can still have some fun." She started picking up the pace. "Come on!"

Akros nodded and went along with Greer.
As they were passing the noodle shop he noticed
a blue-haired woman sitting in there, someone he knew. But not for all good reason.

"Oh no, don't tell me that slacker is on a holiday too." Akros grumbled. "She practically does nothing on normal days already, that lazy woman."

As he passed a small shop he noticed a stand of sun glasses and stopped to take a look at them, he spent quite a bit of time looking in the small mirror on the stand as for once (in over three hundred years) he could actually see his reflection due to his blue sun screen. he still looked young despite feeling so very old inside. Hiding his raw emotions he began trying on the sunglasses starting with a pair that looked like daises that made him chuckle.....

(I'm back, sorry. feeling unwell today.)

Greer walked by the guy trying on glasses when she saw the noodle shop. "Oh hey there it is. They have some amazing Ra...men?" She looked and saw the guy staring at someone else. "Uhhh ex girlfriend or something else?"

"Not really. I'd say she is somewhat of a close friend of mine, a very weird friend though..." Akros muttered.

Meanwhile in the ramen shop the blue-haired woman finished her ramen and paid for it. She wears a shirt with a flowerprint on it, a pair of jeans and sandals. She has cobalt-blue eyes.
Then, she overheard two people talking outside. To her surprise one of these people is a close friend of her. She rushes outside.

"Hey hey, long time no see Akros!" she smiled and laughed. Akros cringed.

having bought his sun glasses ( or should is say hypnotised the counter clerk in ringing them up) Zoltan headed outside. he had chosen a pair of mirror glasses as the irony of one of his kind wearing mirrors appealed to his sarcastic nature.

Outside the shop he saw three humans and wondered if they could answer a question he had...

"excuses me! do you know where I might find a drink i have heard of? it's called Bloody Mary"
"also might you know how much blood and how much Mary it has in it?"

Akros tried to look the strange man in the eye but failed because of his reflective shades. He was thinking before coming up with an answer.

"I dunno, try at the terrace over there, they might serve your drink there. Though i doubt they mixes someone named Mary in their drinks. Or blood for that matter".

"Now now Akros, that's not how you help a stranger!" The woman said. She pointed towards a bar to the right of the terrace.

"There's a cocktail bar over there, i'm sure you'll find your drink there!" she smiled. "I also recommend the Caipirinhas."

Hearing that a bloody Mary had nether blood or Mary in it was quite disappointing. "I have been looking forward to trying one of those for so long! if it is not what it says it is why call it that and get peoples hopes up?" "Someone should report someone to the trade descriptions act!"
Zoltan burped with an after taste of the cat he had snacked on mid flight to this vacation. "please excuse me! I get a little gas when i get too excited!"
"What is in this Capirinhas you speak of?"

"Well like a Bloody Mary it's a sort of cocktail people drink." Akros reclaimed. "They are quite refreshing with this kind of weather"

"thank you for your conversation" Zoltan replied. He found it quite pleasant to be conversing with humans for once, without the usual screaming and preying to God or Mothers. Or the waving of crosses (that always made him giggle because it never worked)
"Would you hu- I mean people care to join me for a drink?"

"Well truth be told i just had a drink and was planning to eat some noodles in this shop" Akros pointed. "But maybe Pisci here will join you for a drink!" Akros shoved the blue-haired gal towards Zoltan laughing.

"Noodles? where is the fun in that?" Zoltan replied in his joyful manner "Come my friend we drink and enjoy! Maybe we can have a bite later!"

"Fine fine" Akros grumbled. Akros was a man who knew his drinking limits. Even for his size and experience he knew he was not very good with alcohol.

(Sorry for the wait, i was rounding up the last things on my latest comic page and published it just now :sweat_01:
Also what does Zoltan look like? Can i look him up somewhere?)

( no coz he only came to life when i started this story, i wanted a break from my normal characters and thought a vampire on vacation would be fun, depending where this gose he might end up in comic form at a later date! )

" good! " said Zoltan joyfully slapping the big man on the back. "bring your lady friends we have fun!" he said gesturing towards the direction of the cocktail bar. "OH! pardon my manners, I have not introduced myself. At home you might say I'm something of a shut in!" he giggled to himself at this joke for a second or two and only stopped when he noticed the odd glances he was getting from these new human friends. "I am Prince Zoltan Casibar from Transylvania, so very pleased to meet you and your lady friends with the inviting necks." "I mean um, nice smiles"
