Tapas ignored my emails and my account got deleted

EDIT: I made a ticket on discord and they got my account back! I can't log in yet but at least my comic is back. Thank you for your help!
Hi. I wrote Strings of Fate, if you know it. I got an email that my account's email was changed, and I sent 5 emails over one month begging for it to be changed back. My account and story were deleted. I don't know what to do. Why didn't they respond to my emails? Tapas needs to have a two-step verification process... nearly 5 years of follows, comments, likes all gone. My heart is in shambles.

I have no idea what happened. The email address it was switched to had my name in the handle, but was attached to a phone number I don't know. I think my account is completely gone now... I haven't heard of deleted accounts being brought back. I'll try discord, though. Thank you for your help and kind words!
