Tapas Originals v.s. Tapas Exclusives?

I don't know why no one else has responded to you yet, but I believe Tapas Originals are stories created by artists on Tapas just for Tapas. I'm not a comic artist, but Tapas has some program where they select artists to make comics for them.

Tapas Exclusives are stories only available on Tapas and no where else. I guess it's supposed to draw readers to the site if they can only find some stories on Tapas.

From the looks of the premium series:

Tapas Originals: Created through the Incubator program or a partnership outside of that; a creator creates a series produced by Tapas and they share ownership of the IP.

Tapas Exclusives: Series that were originally foreign made, Tapas translates them and the English version can only be found (legally) here on Tap.

Think of it like a Netflix original! Tapas is paying the artist to create something specifically for them and working hard to promote that series. Only the contracted work is exclusive. Artists aren’t stopped from making other stuff or anything. It’s not really a “limit”.

Tapas Originals: Made for Tapas (came originally from Tapas Platform)
Tapas Exclusives: Were on other Platforms (ex. Wattpad) and are now only on Tapas

What about if i make the content with same universe but different tittle... am i able to do that, though I've been contract with tapas?

As long as it's a different title with a different plot it should be fine.

Probably. But that is the kind of thing that if and when you’re working out a contract you should have a conversation about it!

Marvel has their stuff split between their own studios and 20th Century Fox so there is precedence for it.

But yeah, anyone getting into contracts should have a conversation with the other party. It's what contracts are for—to make sure both parties are on even grounds with stipulations and contingencies on the table. And if you don't like it, don't sign it! Simple as that.
