Hello there,
I've been playing AFK Arena non-stop the last week to complete the Legendary+ advertisement for AFK Arena in the Free Ink tab so that I can continue supporting TurtleMe with ink during his recovery from his heart attack.
The problem is that I've completed it---for a week now---but haven't been rewarded it (I know TapJoy is a little sketchy, but my last one [about 20k ink] rewarded me instantly).
I've contacted TapJoy to which they respond I haven't completed it without giving any details as to why. I assume it's the 3rd requirement which is that I claim my reward within 30 minutes, but the app hasn't given anything to me within or after 30 minutes and they've responded 6 days after.
I'm posting this on the forums so that it may attract the attention of Tapas support who could help, or those viewing this to not use AFK Arena advertisements on TapJoy.
