Hello everyone!
I've been googling as well as searched other forums for an answer, but seem to come up empty-handed... So giving it a shot here. Hopefully someone with any similar experience might be able to help me out.
As the above title suggests, I recently had an issue where, when trying to access the Tapjoy offerwall in the Tapas app ("free ink"-section, "complete offers"-button) the offerwall simply wouldn't launch (you could press the button to your heart's content, but nothing would happen). This has happened several times before, and I've since learned that the only way to fix this problem is to uninstall and reinstall the Tapas app...
The only difference this time around however is that I had some pretty big ongoing reward progress in a game that I've spent quite a lot of time (and even a little $$) on... but now, since the reinstall of the Tapas app, my reward progress is... yeah you guessed it, gone! 
The game in question doesn't appear on the offerwall either, so somehow it must be logged into TJ's system that I have accepted said game offer and have ongoing tasks there.
I think I saw someone mention somewhere that uninstalling and reinstalling TJ (or the app it's integrated into, in this case Tapas) will erase all your progress and render you illegible to complete that same game's offer ever again D:
It would suck big time since I'm currently soooo close towards completing a couple of high-paying offers 
So... am I completely doomed? Or is there any chance either TJ or Tapas might be able to retrieve my reward progress if I contact them? Or could there be other solutions?
