Tell me about your favourite character of your novel/comic then promote your work

Varis is my fav character. Writting about a 45 y.o prince, dad, widower and heir to his throne was a challenge and a real step out of my comfort zone. It was fun to explore his character.

Mitta is my favorite. She deals with problems similarly to me (ignoring them and doing something distracting in the meantime - a total enneagram 7 if anyone is familiar with that), which made her really easy to write. Plus her backstory was the first part of my novel that existed; everything else was built around that. It is eventually revealed, and I had a lot of fun leaving clues about it along the way until it eventually comes out.

I don't know why, but I really had fun with making the character of Pisces. With this particular story, I tried to force myself to write in all the different personalities (based on the zodiac... naturally). I think I went a little more wild with him, just based on how I constructed his story, and he turned out to be a really fun character for me (which is probably why he's way more of an MC than all the other MCs lmao). His relationship with Jerric has been fun to write, too #bromance

I'm a huge fan of writing banter, anyway, and he's definitely good at that, too lol

Valerie is my favorite character to write because she's a real bitch. Despite her harsh and sometimes rude words, she can be well-meaning and kind. She's quite protective of her sister although it doesn't show in her words. Her sense of justice is also a little extreme.

In Shackles, the Empress Dowager is my fav. She's a strong, cunning, and ruthless woman. She cares for her people and is willing to put her own desires and needs aside for that.

One of my favorites in the different short stories in Dark Bytes would be Zhen. He's an accomplished fighter who doesn't rely on powers that stem from bioengineering. Raised in a harsh and cruel society, he still finds the heart to take in an orphan boy.

My favorite character is definitely Frank. He's always getting into pointless arguments with the other characters in the group but when push comes to shove he's very loyal and is a great person deep inside once you look pass the annoying outer shell.

My favorite character is definitely Aster. She's kindhearted and hard-working but she's also insecure and can dwell on the negativity that others throw her way. I like writing characters who I, and others can kind of relate to. Her overzealous attitude can have her thinking she's being a little too much for others. Despite that, Aster is a good friend, sweet and caring.

She's also somewhat of a bisexual disaster which I feel we need more characters who are.

Well it's kind of hard to pick a favorite since all the characters are drawn from my worst qualities or bad experiences with others, but I like Motif because unlike the others, he's actually nice. He's still an obnoxious, impolite weirdo, but he's at least nice.

My favourite character is definitely Ran. She's the goddess of the ocean,she runs a seafood restaurant in Weymouth, she has a magical fishing net, she's a badass yet caring older woman, and she's married to the god of the ocean.

Out of the characters that have shown up in my comic so far, Ray has to be my absolute favorite! I don't want to spoil too much about him, but he's very reserved and resourceful. He can be a bit of a leader when he feels like it, and he's actually really good at planning. Though, he tends to keep too much to himself.
He's definitely one of my more fleshed out ocs as I did this art challenge about developing an oc further, and I chose to do that with Ray! I absolutely love how his story goes, and I'm really excited to show him further within my comic

Among all my Characters, Jadie is my Favorite because, aside from being a good mother, she is a very sweet soul, who always see the good in everything, but not blindly, but even when she see evil, she can hope for a change, even for the most unredeemable being, but knows when to draw the line, especially when his loved ones are endangered.
She is one who cares a lot for the people around her, and very protective to those very dear to her, like her friends, who are like a family for her, and her "Son" Alfredo, who has been Her ray of light in a dark moment of Her life... She is for everyone a happy "Sunny", with a dear "Starlet" for a Son... and both brighten everyone's lives.
One little flaw in her personality, is that She tend to be overdramatic when really sad, and prone to constant crying... Like when she enters full Mama bear if someone dare hurt her son... It's not casual that she is the Pub's Bouncer.

GENRE: Fantasy, Sci-fi Drama
There are so many people in the World of Gaia, each one of them has a story to tell, of events that changed their life drastically, both for the better and for the worst...

Set in a "Fantasy" world with Sci-fi roots, "Stories from the Golden Garden" is a Graphic Novel anthology that, following the Prologue, will tell 5 short stories about a few individuals, all connected by Destiny, while they celebrate 4 Holidays typical of their world, and also with the Origins of the Main Character, and that will all lead to the main story of "The Golden Garden".

My favourite character is Lola. She's funny, strong and knows how to handle her problems. In my story, she already had to deal with many bad situations before and she grew stronger after every obstacle. She's tries her best and is confident that she'll manage everything. And she's a great friend!

For my main comic, Monstrosity of a Family, I'm not sure who my favorite is just yet. I thiiiink it might be Melora the harpy!

She's just so sweet, really adorable, and super overprotective of her friends to the point where it annoys them despite what a sweetheart she is, if you threaten to hurt her friends, she won't let you see the light of another day!

As for my side comic Quartet Hang Out, this one is easy! My favorite character is Sagiv! He's also my favorite character of mine, which is saying a lot, because I have a plethora of characters!

I created him back when I was like, 11 lol. He's my baby. I love him because even though he's lived a hard life, he's still trying to be happy. And he's so cute.

Honestly I don't have a favorite character. Elliot grew up poor and is guilty of survivor bias and is brazen and hotheaded because she hasn't actually dealt with failure in being that way. She's a driving force. Atticus is a stoic living in his father's shadow without the natural talent of him or Elliot. However he's been trained exceptionally well and is very competent but conservative in his judgement because he knows how hard he has to work for what he has. He's the restraint on Elliot but he lacks the self-confidence to move forward on his own right now so Elliot helps pull him along. It was also always kind of expected of him to become a Runner. Kristine hasn't shown up yet. She's a member of the friend group that failed and couldn't become a Runner like the others. Elliot wants her to push forward but she was raised lower middle class and doesn't have the raw talent and drive that Elliot does. If she's honest with herself she only joined them because they were doing it and she was caught up in Elliot's dream and Atticus' predetermined path. When they left she pursued other goals and dreams and will show up eventually bringing her new experiences.

The godfather is currently my favorite character in my comic, he's the 'antagonist' of this arc but is a stand up guy, he gained power through violence but used the power he gained to bring about peace where he was at even though he could've easily used it to just kill his enemies.

Oh heck now I need to choose... If I really need to choose I would go for Joey, because I just have a big thing for soft jocks in stories. There's just a lot of little details to love about him (like the time he headbutted a brick in primary school or his unrational fear for horses) and I can't wait to explore him and his story further in volume 2!

I guess I have three favorites. Zamani, the main character from The Faerie Dusters, is a cross between Tarzan and Peter Pan. With Jeez from Star Seeders, I am learning to get in touch with the emotions. From The Space Bum, my favorite is shaping up to be a secondary character. Captain Sam Barker is a cross between Doc Savage and Retief.

I'd say Luis or Lau. They're the most progressive characters I think I've ever worked on. Luis comes from this cocky and affluent background and he's always had life his way so he has to learn from that and he always needs to prove himself to people especially his leader. Lau is this child who doesn't know what's happening. She's rambunctious and always wants to travel with her new friends, but little does she know that it's one of the worst decisions she could've made.
