ocuh sounds hard man, as one who also would like to do everything let me give you some tips,
first try writing down your goal, example: I wanna get a better job.
now break that one goal into questions
what jobs can I apply to?
what can I do to get that job?
what kind of job do I want?
where should I go to try?
etc
next try to answere each questions and break down those answers into tasks
I can apply to a low end worker job,
I need to make a resume and send it out, get a suit and go to and interview,etc
I want a job in drawing or programming
etc
then break those task even more down, by doing this the goal seems easier and less frustrating to try
this is just my process of how I do things, hope it helps, also taking a break and going to a park with some music helps with stress a lot (sun and trees give vitamin D which decreases stress and ups dopamine I've heard).
