Hello!! let's play this game.
So the rules are simple, you'll just have to continue the story above you as the title says.
I will start with 3 sentence for the story and then the next person will write another 3 sentence in continuation to the 3 sentence above your post and so on and so fort.

NOTE: you can only add 3 sentence to the story. be creative! add lots of plot twist! do whatever your hearts desire but remember that you must continue where the story above you left off.
so to start the game, here's my 3 sentence:

"There was a Cat who goes by the name of Desperaux.
Desperaux always dreamed of tasting the twinkling stars.
Each night he would look up the stars and imagine munching them and see them glowing inside his little tummy."

"Desperaux despised himself.
So much even, he was sure that only consuming something shinier, mightier than himself would help him finally become somewhat worthy of life.
Desperaux talked endlessly about this obsession of his to the point where even his only friend Mireux grew apathetic."

(I hope that's not too sad already... ='D)

One day Desperaux approached Mireux with a plan.
He was going to go to college and study engineering and so he could build a structure tall enough to reach the skies, but he just needed to borrow some money so he could afford it.
Mireux, on their last whisker with Desperaux, told him to get bent and get a damned job already.

That did not stop Desperaux , not in the slightest.
He sold all his belongings, except a small stone. He used the money to pay for
one year in college, where he would learn his destiny.
He stepped into the grounds of the school, and readied himself to learn.

There Desperaux met a rather odd fellow, a crooked looking crow with a chipped beak that new secrets no one should ever know.
It said "Cat I know what you seek" it croaked, "take this red button to the room at the edge of campus, to the place that no one ever goes."
In a flurry of fallen feathers the avian was gone.

The cat cocked its head but obliged to the crooked crow.
Taking a stroll through the school to the charted zone, his stone started to glow.
"Dear friend!" It called, "Do not go to the crow's destination!"

"You must be joking" Desperaux giggled.
The stone grew quite as if it was insulted.
"If you want me to listen will you help me find a way to the stars?" the cat whispered.

"The path you seek is laid with mystery and danger" said the stone.
I will do anything to get there, replied Desperaux
"You're going to have to die Desperaux" whispered the stone.

9 days later

"How come?" asked Desperaux.
"Well, there's a 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999% probability, to be sincere with you", replied the stone, knowing that wasn't the question.
"Well, I feel a lot safer now", stated Desperaux sarcastically, confusing the stone.

I like those odds, said Desperaux.
Good, now that you feel safe and onbaord with the high chances of your death.....
are you ready?....

With all the desperation Despearoux had gathered over the years he replied: "Yes!" and a rock came tumbling down from the heavens and killed the kitty kat for good.
The little snicker that came from the crow, putting on a cats costume and joining the school on D. Tution, was almost unheard of.
School shure is expensive these days.

As the bird went through his day, he kept feeling a sense of dread fall upon him in the dark.
As if the eyes of everyone could tell what he had done to Desperaux, yet he snickered. "No one can tell i am who i am, for i am in disquise" He thought to himself as he sat in the last class, psychology.

"Mr. Desperaux! Can you summarise the Hedgehog's Dilemma, which was mentioned in chapter 3?"
To the crow's dismay, he had blanked out the entire class during his self-indulged trance - despite this, he knew the material well enough to warrant a good response.
With false confidence, he spoke, "CROOAAAAAAK"
