You know, I completely agree. And if there is anything we can do (within reason) to help y'all advertise yourselves and your connection to Tapas just let me know (josh@tapasmedia.co).
Obviously we can't give individual attention to 24,000+ creators. But if you want to make assets where you attach the Tapas brand to your work, and maybe share your templates with the community and others, that's great...at least for the time being.
And if you want an official "ok, that's cool". Just send me the final version of what you've done via email and I'll send you back an "ok, that's cool" (if it's cool) and then you can go about using it, sharing it, and knowing you have our support.
One thing I've always thought would be amazing is a simple pop-up that creators can put on their tables at cons letting people know their work is on Tapas and that they're part of the Tapas creator community.
That way when people are walking cons they'll see all these pop-ups on tables and can actually see how great the community really is. It would also be a way for Tapas creators to identify and get to know each other at cons.
And yes, at some point in the future a lawyer might yell at me and tell me to knock it off. But that day is not today so feel free to start advertising yourselves. And if you want to include Tapas branding just give me a chance to ok it. Chances are it'll be just fine.
