I'm afraid you will need to promote it outside of Tapas if you want people to notice it. I would recommend using social media, and, if that doesn't work, it doesn't work. If you also want to make sure it gets attention, you will need to have an opportunistic mindset and take advantage of every promotional thread you can. You'll need to work really hard to promote it as well - whichever platform you use to promote your work outside of Tapas, I would recommend tagging it excessively, just to REALLY make sure people notice it.
