The oc redesign art chain

Alright hear me out. I had an idea for a oc art chain thread (which means that person B draws the character of person A, in turn a next person C draws the character of person B and so on). But with a twist! Instead of completely drawing the character like the original, you would have some creative liberty to allow for a redesign (as long as it does reference the original in some way).

I will draw the character of the first person who posts theirs here (for free, they do not have to draw anything) and after that the next person draws mine and posts theirs.

Let me know if anyone is interested in this. I'll check back in a minute.

Also when you post your character, please tell us about them! Who are they and what setting are they in? It's hard to do a proper redesign if you don't know anything about the character.

This here is Donnie! A 16-year-old boy with a bloodshot left eye! Living in a backwards, violent dictatorship, and sick of the people following it's leader The Greatest, (whom he refers to as shills) He is a troubled kid who has unwanted fantasies of committing gruesome murders on his country's people.

His main source of happiness comes from his plush toy Libby, (The Green Thing) a plush version of a character from a children's show he used watch called Libby's Flowerpatch.

*QUESTION - Can we submit new characters later on?

In the meantime I'll also post my own character so determining the chain can start:

This is Danivere, former queen of Asamont in the Square One universe. After she was subdued in her palace, Dani was taken into prison to pay for her actions as a tyrannical ruler.

She has broken out of prison and has fled to a small town. It is from when she escapes and lives at a farm that she begins to understand the other side of the coin, the flipside of her royal life.

Some additional facts:

• that haircolour is her natural haircolour. It has to do with the fact some people have strange powers in the Square One universe.
• Dani is 22 years old at the beginning of the plot
• she likes to eat

A confident and a bit arrogant magical being who atm is "enslaved" in the magical trinkets and gemstones he wears.

Personality-wise she is... an average happy-go-lucky teen.
Like, when she asks you if she can have Mc Donalds and you say no, she will be okay with your decision but still wanted to go.

FYI, her green bangs are not her natural hair color and she got long and a bit of messy hair.

If I understand correctly, the next one I have to redsign is Ryn Atlas by @delladz.

In the meantime, here's Ashley Jeremiah! Though, the name Ashley is a bit traumatizing for her, so she instead goes by the name "AJ." She is a sadistic and malicious kid who attempts to isolate herself from the world, and enjoys torturing people to calm herself down from her overbearing parents' behavior towards her.

She is a very proud goth, and a first year student at Dark Woods Middle School. When not hurting people, she mostly enjoys reading books.
