My dark fantasy When Souls Awaken has manged to prompt a more than a few tears already. There are a lot of hardships throughout the story, and some very heart breaking moments (the worst one still yet to come). It's about the introduction of mages to world of Vismundus, and it begins with the Phoenix God creating the first mage who is a 16 year old boy that was sacrificed in the Phoenix God's name by the his own father. The first 23 chapters up are up with the next one scheduled to release on Friday!
My novel is a bittersweet romance novel. It centers around an independence fighter from war-torn/ under occupation South Korea in 1919, who time travels to 202x. It's loosely based on true, historical events depicting the hardships of the Korean people during the 35 years of occupation under Japanese rule. There's a lot of heartache and difficult realities the MC needs to face about her country. The novel updates every other week! Currently have a prologue and first chapter out.
