A rundown hotel in the middle of Brazil, minimal staff, dim lighting, near no one, and nowhere. What brought these two here? A tall man clad in purple and a small clean-cut fellow with an unsettling grin. What could've led them there?
Haphazard description but I'd like to see how people feel about my story. There is more to it after twelve chapters but I'm still making a thumbnail for that. I hope people will like it. I have no clue if my writing is good or not I just like putting my ideas out there.
The story is on the mature side by the way and I don't recommend people who are sensitive to murder and stuff like that to read this.
By the way, I like homages so there is a lot of references within the names of my chapters and the name of the story is actually named after a punk song.

I've wanted for a while now to write a dystopian book, mainly for the reason that it's my favorite genre. I've had several failed attempts, because in the process of thinking of the plot, I would always realize how similar it is to other things I've read. I took some time off, worked on my writing, and came back with a new idea. I think the thing that is mainly different now from everything else I've written, is that now I'm a lot more willing to accept criticism, and even hate (Although I do not prefer it) I've worked on myself a lot to in the time I took off, and I realized that I can't be the best writer, or can't make something different from everything else. The only thing I can do is be proud of my work. So by me coming here I hope to maybe get one or two new people to see my work. The story spawned in my head for a reason, just as all stories do, and I believe that reason is to share it with the world.

Tales of the Tainted Tree is a high fantasy adventure which follows Belladonna and her allies as they seek the truth to an age old mystery that could determine the future of their oppressed world.

My friend and I just released our first ever webtoon yesterday ... she's illustrating, I'm writing. It's a slice-of-life autobiography with a "slow burn" love story thrown into the mix.
Here's the full plot synopsis:
Kenny Loui is a Ph.D. student, university professor, and self-proclaimed "UFO catcher." This is the story of Kenny's experiences playing arcade UFO catchers, "rescuing" dolls and figures trapped inside claw machines, while "capturing" important life lessons along the way ... like Aesop's Fables, but with a modern-day twist! Based on real-life events.
