The Sketch a Day Thread!

Oh man I did not expect that!
Sure, this makes all the sense! I am still pretty new to having a colored bg first, getting to it one digital painting after another. I really should try more vivid colors too, I am a being a but shy and sticking to dark/cool tones. And thank you, this was really cool to see (also Yara from my sketch now looks 300 times more cool, it suits her xD)

Wow! I really like the light lens flare and glow! Do you use a specific brush or effect for that?

Thank you! After I use csp, I pop my art into Photoshop. Then I make a new layer, fill it with a light gray (15 percent blackish), go to filter-render-lens flare... and then boom! I usually have the layer mode as an overlay and then play with the opacity to get it where I want it.

I may also add a another new layer overtop it containing just a small white circular gradient over the light source too.

I somehow managed to finish the 24 pages nsfw comic script in the last which
makes sense and which I like after finsihing it.
I always write erotic stories in english and funny comics in german.

I will have time for sketching again from tomorrow on (yeah!)
because I will be starting with the character designs tomorrow

I still managed to sketch a litte bit

Another Wednesday, another figure session sketch :).

Summary

I'm so so excited - this Friday Mig is taking the little guy and I'm having an art day, nothing but drawing unless the house starts falling down . I'm going to hide in the office with a great pile of treats and see if I can get a comic panel done anymore .
