Fat little chunkers, I imagine it's the exact inverse of tripping over a chihuahua in my house. Instead of getting in your way, they just don't get out of it.

So I set up Clip to be as similar to Krita as possible and now I can actually use it and my drawings feel more like my style again. Now I kinda like them both equally ... except inking and blending is more fun and easier for me in Krita and lettering and speech bubbles are much easier to do in Clip. I'm gonna end up using them both regularly at this point I feel.

@liaroger glad to see you found a comfy zone, I can definitely see how your art is immediately more confident! The medium really makes a difference, that's why I always stick to the same sketching brush I found ages ago

I've been using the same 6 brushes (5 of which are Krita default brushes) for 2 years now One of them is the, uh, simple round brush. And the default blender is just chef's kiss - it is so nice. Coincidentally those are the two brushes I can't get in Clip It's still fun to use though and I think knowing how to use two programs and figuring out how to achieve a certain look with different tools can only benefit me. (Still gonna use Krita the most though I think.)

@migxmeg hope you prepared everything, don't forget all the thumbnails, the big 1080×1920 (or whatever the size is) banner, maybe ask Mig to prepare the whole page. You won't be able to update anything after they will close the submissions, so don't push it until last minute!
Looking forward to check your entry in few hours!

Thank you - such important reminders!! Luckily I was pretty careful to plan for all the technical stuff so it wasn't too long to upload (though I did leave myself extra time). I'll be off somewhere hating myself for every panel for at least a week, but got something uploaded in time

And glad to hear you can relax now hope you get time for some summery stuff!

Dropped out of the CTA contest a while ago unfortunately so I'll just share some panels of my favorite sequence.

Okay but I love that sketch! The looseness ... and she's stunning. It's giving watercolour tattoo vibes and I love it.

Also thank you! The style I was trying to emulate was that of rednflynn because I just love it. (The curled lips in particular lol) I feel like my style is less ... angular though and I haven't fully figured theirs out. Also I do hair differently and I can't help myself.
