@Kelheor I upload to a website called Streamable. It’s free, and very easy to use (you don’t even need to sign up for anything).

Once it’s finished uploading, it’ll give you a link that you can post anywhere. Works well on this forum, and I use it to share videos over on Discord too (because of their file size limits).

I said that I was playing FFXV, so here is Prompto!
I found a model on pinterest that screamed me to turn him into Promto, so I did.

I tried a couple of new things here! First I used a new brush for CSP, the 'Artemus Chalk' (go and download it RIGHT NOW! Its free and if you can paint with out lineart, this brush can also be used for that!), and also I am disclousing a technique that I am developing to color the characters!

I'm sketching directly on magma but worry not, you can easily paste your characters via "Edit" menu tab on top if you choose

I'm doing a lifeguard theme, so you're welcome to dress your chara as one also, not necessary

Your character would likely be on a layer above, so feel free to put your chara head over Crimson Panda's chest/ arms wrapped around him, if he/she/they are hugging him etc
Friendly interactions, welcome to hug him, flirt (maintain an all ages rating), sit on his shoulder or anything you can come up with. I'll move him more to left or right, based on position you choose.
Crimson Panda height: 6 feet 5 inches = 195.58 CM
Also let's avoid covering others characters.
Artboard closes on August, 21st but spaces may fill up, so grab your spot

These are some example options, but feel free to improvise you own. Hug from one side only (B or C) as I'll shift the Crimson Panda left or right to maximize space.

Made it to life drawing session again! Favorite this time was one of the 5min.

Summary

Baby MxM is getting more chill with hanging out in the carrier so I cleaned up my desk and dusted off the tablet just in case. Trying not to get my hopes up too high but it would be so nice… I miss my drawing station so much. We let him taste salsa today (first non-milk food) and it blew his mind being a parent isn’t so bad.

And yeah, Mexican restaurants are a godsend to new(and newish) parents. Those free chip bowls and salsa go a LOOOOOOONG way for my kiddos.

Also, love to see the drawings!!! God, I wish I had some figure drawing near me. Gonna have to seek it out, for real.

@Kelheor ️ thank you and aw yes he's so precious. I do hope he loves salsa and we need to hop on curries is going to be a tragedy if he doesn't like cumin and garlic. Hope the TiaT season ender work hasn't been too crazy - it looks like been on the edge of my seat

@DanielRKM god yes, not to mention dollar taco night and the enormous house sangria for mom . I feel really really lucky to have this art studio across the street. Figure drawing is just so chill - hope there's a session near you if you're jonesing for it. Speaking of bodies, the body language in your sketches and comic lately has been super. Can't lie it's quite motivating watching you get better and better while I'm on break .

@Mallory what a gorgeous character design! Selfishly it's lovely to see you back though was massively bummed that your pitch didn't get picked up.

@Lensing can't wait to hear how it goes with the contest .

@Aleksei the game characters practice is so much fun to follow - they look really polished and I've enjoyed reading your reactions about the games too.

@migxmeg heck, yeah, Sangrias! (pero, me encanto cerveza solomente). And thank you on the compliments! We're getting there. Now that I've paid off my student loans (gasp), the idea of taking community college courses again for figure drawing and ASL are top of mind (still pretty phoney baloney on both counts). As far as Community College goes, hoping to be more Abed then Pierce (I'd say Winger, but nope. I am not, so shooting for Abed vibes).
