At the moment it just looks like one side has a different expression and more earring butnot older. Maybe draw a bit more details in the face like a mouth wrinkle + one thickerline under the eyes + change the neck a bit?

yesterday i drew @BellaTheCow 's Oc Bella reimagined as a humani made her bald and plus-sized cuz cows are pretty huge and don't look nearly as furry as they are. I also gave her a white patch of vitiligo on her chest to mimic the cows white belly, most of the patch isn't visible since she's wearing a high-collared shirt tho
