Getting used to my cintiq.
I still need time to get used to this feels very close to traditional inking
and that wasn´t possible with my xpen because the pressure sensitivity
is different

Fists are by far the hardest hand pose to draw imo.
I made a lot of "swipe files" for myself for hands and poses
with little shortcuts / important lines for hand poses.
For a fist holding a sword, stick, pistol etc. I find 2 lines
the most important. I alwas use these 2 lines when
I draw a fist in side view. Maybe that´s helpful for you.

The bottom drawings are just examples how I would use those lines
in a stylized and quick way when I need to draw a fist in side view

Sooo, here is something that shows that a lot of work pay off (I guess).

I drew many, many, many versions and started with this kind of the Gate (it's something from my story).

Then, I drew this one (it's ok, I used it in the story)

After many many many versions, I stopped with this one - and I'm happy.
