The Sketch a Day Thread!

Figured I'd share this prototype sketch I did for my own DuckTales character, Dorian Mallix. Well, technically he's only inspired by DuckTales since he exists in his own continuity. I've been reluctant to start my Kai Hexum story as a comic because of low confidence in my artistic ability, but I might do a comic series starring Dorian to help me improve my art, and then do Kai in a couple of years or something.

Drawing / understand the shape of beaks is really hard, but it´s also the best practice.
Trying to draw Donald Duck was the key for me to start learning to sketch / construct
drawings. I still can´t draw proper beaks in a all angles, but I´ll be able to do that
one day

It was super awkward to draw the beak too because I don't think I've drawn one since I was a kid XD. I'm gonna draw Dorian Mallix again with my Kamvas 16 so that I can edit a bit better, and hopefully the drawing will look better. I'll post it here once I have it done.
