Well sort of, resting days are usually for people who are building muscle or training for multiple hours ler day. This program is neither. Even the people who reach level 10 are spending barely over one hour per day on the program. The running is by faaaaar the most time-consuming element.
You are not wrong though. I have seen exercisers on Instagram announce that they take rest days. If we take Saitama's example literally, there would be none.
Honestly, I might never be able to run for 10km. I've practiced running in the past. My lung capacity has always been poor. I can ride it though.
