SO SO true, people underestimate the importance of sleep, especially students who pull all nighters a lot. But itās so important to keep a healthy sleep cycle (go to sleep at certain time, wake up at certain time) because it really affects a lot of things like energy, mood, reflexes, thinking, etc.
Iāve had friends who studied their asses off just to fail a test becaue they had less than 4 hours of sleep.
