Not sure on the exact formatting, but one without a strict hierarchy. I suppose Fellowship would be a better word than Guild. Basically, all members are "Fellows" and equal members. But as you and others have pointed out, there are already well-established communities for this type of thing, and so my thinking on that has shifted. I think perhaps it would be better for us to integrate into one of those groups.
