What are your thoughts on connected thumbnails? For example, my series has connected thumbnails.
Do you think it adds something to the story, a gimmick, or just extra work? I think it's a gimmick, but one that I enjoy.
one of my favorite instances of connected thumbnails was to reflect the character of focus for a chapter or story arc. it may be a little gimmicky but at the least it's a fun one esp when a reader notices and from a reader perspective little details like that are always fun to observe
I love it bc it shows a level of preplanning and forethought that shows you are just that we bit extra

I love it, but I hadn't seen it on Tapas before until you showed us yours! It adds such a nice professional polish! Makes me want to do that to my own work some day!
I've seen a few people do them, and I love them, but I'm always worried that like people will reverse the order and they won't make sense!
That's always an issue, and to add on, if you need to remove/re-order episodes, it would ruin the thumbnails too.
