I love it when other artists draw my characters! I'd like to put forward the three main characters of my comic strip Candace 'n' Company, and I'll give a brief description of each one as they appear on my website. The first picture is of Candace and her pet dog Fido. The second is of Megan, Candace's roommate.
For Candace, the description on my site reads as follows:
A friendly and outgoing young lady fresh out of college, Candace has an upbeat outlook on life, but even she sometimes lets everyday frustrations get her down. Her favorite sport is baseball (or softball), but she also enjoys playing soccer and beach volleyball.
For Fido:
A headstrong little dog of unknown breed, Fido was born in a pet shelter, and came into Candace’s life when, during her sophomore year, she blindly walked in while texting. Fido has an indomitable little spirit, often running both of his humans ragged.
And for Megan:
Megan contributes her share toward the home financially, while leaving Candace to do virtually all of the cooking, cleaning and upkeep. Despite severable notable differences in character, the two roomies are very close.
