Tipping Rewards? How and What?

I'm thinking about starting up a sort of tipping rewards system.
I assume you just have to let your readers know that tipping is activated and announce the rewards on your wall/comic.
I'm more curious about the kinds of rewards people like and how to get it to your readers.
Is it usually digital art requests, or..?
Whether you're a creator or a reader, please let me know what you think
