Hi! Nice topic. Usually, I sleep with my comfort stuffed animals from childhood. Before sleeping, I like to listen to music as I lay in bed.

I normaly just write chapters (or just any kind of story) before sleep so i do not forget in the morning. Music also helps sometimes

I tend to either doom scroll or read . I have a few asmr bedtime stories YouTube channels I’m subscribed to, it helps a lot .

I sleep with pillows, pillows, and more pillows, I am surrounded by pillows. My sister says it's like a nest. I like to draw before bed.
