“Oh, uh, yeah…” The train doesn’t seem to be moving at all anymore and there are slight noises coming from outside. Lunes takes Ingrid’s hand and stands up, hand on her dagger.

The train jolted back into movement, and a voice crackled over the intercom.
"We're very sorry for that pause, there was a deer on the train. Luckily, the animal has now left the train, and we will be arriving in Paris soon."

"Heh, they thought the sphinx was a deer. Humans never change." Ingrid smiled weakly, as the luscious French countryside rushed past.

Lunes just stares towards the front of the train, a peculiar look on her face. “I’m going up to see the conductor.” Brief and informative. However, she stops at the door to the next train compartment and looks back, a little hesitant. “Anyone else coming…?”

Dislikes: The fact that he can’t remember his sister’s name, or other important details about his human life, as well as that he was killed in battle before his time

A pair of light green eyes flashed from under one of the bunks. They flicked around, looking at the other passengers, before disappearing.

“I’ll find you,” a quiet male voice came from the spot where the eyes had been. “I don’t know where you are, but I’ll find you.”

Gunhild had wandered over to the dining car, and brought back some snacks for everyone.
"I hope you like British snacks! We've got cheesy wotsits, nik-nacks, jammie Dodgers, toffee crisps, space invaders, Tizer, Vimto, fridge raiders and jelly babies."
(Author's note: all of these are real British snacks.)

"Dani, Lumes, where are you?" She had got back just after they had left.

Lunes makes her way to the front to find…nothing. The front of the train is completely gone, the wind whipping at her and Dani’s hair as they watch the train move by itself.
“What in the…,” Lunes’ hand tightens around her compass and she glances around. There is nothing to show that a conductor was ever here, either.

Gunhild was beginning to worry too. She could only use one rune every 24 hours, so if another monster attacked, she'd have to use her sword instead.
"Gunfire, does something about this train feel...off to you?" Gunhild asked nervously. "Because I'm feeling uncomfortable."

“Hey. Calm down,” Lunes glances back at the open end of the train before turning back to Aeri. “I think it’d be better to tell everyone first…” The aura in the train front seems way too off.
“Should’ve brought him…” Lunes mumbles to herself before making sure the other two go in front of her and following them to the main compartment.
“We got a bit of a situation up front…”

"What? How?!" Gunhild exclaimed.
"Goodness me! What about the other people on the train!" Ingrid replied.
The train was running through Paris, getting close to its stop of Gare du Nord, but Gunhild had the feeling that it wouldn't stop here...

Dani looks in surprise at the fact that the whole front of the train was gone. Somehow this felt awfully familiar to her.
"It's always the trains..." she frowns. "Alright then, what's the plan?"

"After Paris, the next stop is Brussels. We create a distraction in Paris, in order to distract whatever it is that's after us, then we get all the normal passengers to leave the train. Then, we keep the train going until we reach Brussels, and we get off there." Gunhild suggested. "This is going to be hard, but I'll try to call a friend for backup."

Gunhild screwed up her eyes, like she was concentrating.
"LOKIIIII!" She yelled.
There was a burst of green flames, and a tall skinny figure appeared in the room.
"What's up, Gunny?"
Gunhild tossed the green stone back to Loki.
"We need your help. We need you to get the passengers safely off the train, then get us all to Brussels!"
"Ooh, Brussels." Loki replied. "I love Brussels, especially the chocolate. I used to have a friend from Brussels, he had a really cute dog..."
