Sup,
I am Hario Tezawa, 1/3 of Tub Thots: https://www.twitch.tv/tubthots
We are a Twitch Live-stream where three very busy friends allocate an hour of their time every week to discuss and give some insight on numerous topics such as Love, College, Hobbies, the Validity of Architects, Whether Nickleback is great or trash, and our best uneducated hypothesis on the Science of Magnets.
We've been going strong since the beginning, and have learned that there are a lot of questions that we can't answer, and that we really want to hang out more often. So, 'Tub Talks' was conceived:
Starting in July, we are bringing in special guests who are far more qualified than us to answer those aforementioned questions. And since we are not locked to any one subject, we will be bringing on a wide range of guests to teach us, and our viewers, many different skills, lessons and ways of life.
Here are some of the subjects that our future guests will be covering:
* Comic Shops: Industry Economics, Tactics, Pitching Your Indie Comics, & Networking With Your Local Comic Shop
* Making Music: Intro to Mixing & Mastering
* Digital Art 101: Starting Out, Staying Motivated, Finding Your Style, & Calculating Your Worth
* Comic Publishing: Self-Publishing, Starting Your Own Company, Legalities, Logistics, Networking, Printing, & Distribution
* Indie Film-making: Pre-Production, Acquiring Funds, Shooting With a Skeleton Crew, Casting Calls, Editing, Marketing, and Distribution
Now here's why we're posting this on the forums.
We want to ask your questions.
Maybe you want to make a film, but have no idea where to start.
Maybe you have a comic but have no idea how to get it out there.
Maybe you want to start drawing but are stuck at whether to go digital or traditional.
Maybe you just have a question and can't find the answer.
Send it to us!
You can email me at letstalk@hariotezawa.com
You can DM here on the website or forums.
You can DM me on Twitter & Instagram @hariotezawa
You can even comment below.
So ask away: if your question falls within a category of a scheduled guest, we'll add it in.
If we get asked enough about a certain subject, we'll find someone who can answer.them.
Perhaps you feel as if you know enough on a certain subject that you can be a guest on the show and teach us a little something. We're open to that as well.
We're just trying to start a conversation, and we'd love nothing more than for you to be involved. So please, come hang out with us; come join in on the conversation.
