The comic is gonna be in the genre of romance so we're looking for stories on dating,relationships and breakups etc, Sharing your personal experience with mental health challenges is a great way to encourage others to talk about what they're experiencing and get through their own tough moments. If helping someone means nothing to you or anyone else that comes across my post then I guess there technically is no gain

Even if it's a nice idea to get stuff from real stories, personal relationships are kinda private and talking for myself, I'm not ready to give a part of myself to unknown people on the internet (even if anonymous), nor to get my own life diverting people, and not for free because I'm greedy.
I'd probably enjoy reading those stories tho.

Do you have finished chapters/ episodes of these stories or is it still on the pre-production stage? I know this isn't a self-promo thread but I'd like to check it out. It's an interesting concept

Everything is still in pre-production we're working on our first story though! So far we just need more details from the person who shared their story!

Sorry for a late response but I think it's more of a personal choice. There are many sites and media platforms that are currently doing this already. From YouTube channels like StoryBooth and Actually Happened to sites like "the Secret.tv". People literally send in their stories for free! The only difference in this situation is I would love it people could instead see it in a Webtoon/comic!

ah I see. I've checked (stalked) shirouto's works and seems like they have enough experience to pull this through so I think I'll be contributing. I have confidence in my story having a valuable lesson. I also think that if just threw out this story into the void, maybe I'd stop being so attached to it. It could be cathartic. maybe . Hope you don't mind me submitting a a therapy session

All my true stories are based on humorous and weird things that have happened to me in life. Like the time I was managing a motorcycle apparel store and in came two biker gangs, Outlaws and Warlocks.... and as if on some prank show, in walks a dude in full medieval knight armor with his squire.... I died. I was working solo and my phone didn't have a camera at the time. Lucky me, the other coworker showed up just in time to bear witness to it. LOL

We're still figuring out based on the stories that are sent in if we we wanna keep it based on romance. If you have a story though still share! If anything we could use it as a bonus episode but it's completely up to you!

I"m a little confused by the form's format. For the 'Title Of Story', are you looking for a title (which it sounds like) or an email address? Because the red error makes it sound like I need to write an email address, but then why call it a title and then later ask for an email, but only if I don't wish to be anonymous?

Also, is a story where I was the bad guy in a break up okay?

It's a very good idea and I'm 100% behind it! I'll see if I can think of something that hasn't been overly traumatic XD Most of my life stories are rather horrible, so I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to share them
