keeping it short and sweet: does anybody know how to make a file with a book-style double page spread in clip studio paint pro, that doesnt require manually changing the canvas size?

i unfortunately don't think so... if there is tho, i also want to know

In the Story menu, there seems to be a Combine Pages feature near the bottom

i thought so :sob: i can only find double page stuff for ex... but there must be like, a template for it. or a way to make a preset for it, at least

I'm just not sure about that, I haven't used CSP in a very long time, since it doesn't work on Linux, so I just downloaded the demo a awhile ago and poked around and saw that option lol

Hummm... I never really thought/realized that this might not be an option outside of EX

I mean, I guess you could try and set it up yourself by doubling the numbers length wise? or see if there's a default setting that is doubled in length? Not sure if there is another option aside from that.

mmm, ive tried this - its a bit annoying bc you have to fiddle with the crop marks as well, and i dont think ive got them at quite the right dimensions

but ill keep fiddling with this and see if i can make it a preset

unfortunately this isnt an option as far as i can tell

Hey, I got EX, if you give me your page dimensions I can set up a mock story menu and then make 'em a 2 page spread, then I could send that file over to you.

I know it's a quick fix and not a solution you can do on your own but if you're in a hurry or it's getting in the way of your comicing process I can do that (just keep the file as a template or something for if you need it again)

im so used to pro, i never bothered checking when i upgraded to ex TwT

ah, thats really kind! right now im just testing things out in B5 dimensions - i dont even know if im gonna be working in CSP for this project, so dont worry about it until im clearer on what the hell im doing haha. but thanks so much for offering <3

Get a comic page template- they have them in 2 page spreads...

sorry, this is maybe a really obvious question, but where do i get page templates?

Google "comic page templates for Clip Studio Paint"- that should show you a listing of where to find some.
