I participated in a free ink offer from Panera when there was a double ink promotion occurring. It required me to sign up for their Sip program and get the 2 months free, so not technically a purchase, but there will be in the future. I was never awarded the ink and started a support ticket, but this was like.. on June 27th. It asked me for proof of purchase and I had to contact Panera support to get a receipt, so I submitted that Monday. It’s been over a week and I have no emails or responses from Tapas support. I tried sending a follow up message a couple of days ago, and still nothing. Any advice????
