I reached out to Tapas support as well but haven't heard back yet, they'll likely be able to do more but maybe someone here might know an admin or something that can help? @admins
Long story short, I accidentally deleted my entire comic. In an act of desperation, I started reaching out to people who I knew had previously subscribed to my comic to explain what happened and to ask them to resubscribe if they wanted to. I must have been marked as spam or as a bot or something, because after the first few pms I was unable to click the "Share" button. I can hover over it and it will highlight green, but it won't post the update. I'm unable to post updates on my own profile as well. I've tried using a different browser, logging out and logging back in, nothing's worked.
I made a new account using a different email and was able to post there no problem. Before I posted, however, I was prompted with a captcha. I think what my account needs is something similar; I just don't know how to retrigger the captcha.
Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have any advice? I really don't want to have to make a new account to get this feature back. It's a big reason why I like Tapas over Webtoons.
