I'll turn the choices into a comic once this thread is finished! Always wanted to do one of these.

I wake up suddenly. Blank. Everything is just a blank void. The room I'm in. My memory. I'm serious here. All I can remember is my name - wait, is that really my name? It's fading right before my eyes: "$@^$..." That can't be right? It's all I have though, so I just need a way to remember it before I lose that, too. I look at myself. I'm wearing what looks like a hospital gown. Suddenly, I hear a clattering sound. I turn around fast, panicked. It's just a pen falling on the ground though. Perfect. I snatch it up and write on my gown. "$@^$." It's not a lot, but it's all I have. I hear two more clatterings. Turning around, I see a cell phone and a book on the ground. Great! Research material! Maybe now I can figure out where I am. I do find a note on the ground next to the things though. "You can only choose one." Great. Just great.

I pick up the book and the phone BURSTS INTO FLAMES. Yikes. I stumble backwards in shock. After a few minutes I regain my composure enough to open the book. It's written in a strange language, but I can still understand it. I flip to the last page and stop. " " I shut the book before you can say "Jack Robinson." Too soon. Too soon. I look up and see two doors. What is happening?! This is all moving too fast! "Well, $@^$? Choose one!" "who's there?" I ask, but receive no answer.

That weak pull again. After what just happened, I'll take it. I take the purple canister and crack it open. A purple heart flies out, hits me in the face, and attempts to scram. "hey! get back here!" Claw? The purple heart suddenly starts to glow blue and flies back towards my face. I'm able to grab it before it smacks me this time.

"what do you kids say? let's loot this joint and blow this hot dog stand." I'd say something about the illegality of that, but you're just gonna do it anyway, so I'd rather not bother. True that.

I could see how a big dinosaur person could jump across it, but there's no chance for me. I turn around in time to see the lizard coming at me with her axe. Almost instinctively, I jump backwards to avoid the blow, but I start falling...

Second death in a row. And what are these voices I keep hearing?! Neither of the kiddos, I'm sure. They're... eerily familiar. Whatever, heeeeere's Barney again. She chases me to the edge of the lava pit again. I start dodging left and right instead of backwards like last time, but I can't keep this up for long. I can already feel my stamina just going yeet. "why is my stamina so low?! geez!" Careful, Claw! She almost got you that time! She doesn't seem too bright. Maybe if you dodge at just the right moment - NO! Spare her! Don't be a killer! "to be fair, frisk, she is trying to murder my face. ah!" I narrowly dodge another blow. "if i could only get to the other side of this pit! rah!"

Suddenly, I find myself safely on the other side of the lava. But holy cow, that took a lot out of me! What even was that?! Some cheap shortcut, Cap. Your eye did that flashy thing again. "what flashy thing? you never mentioned a flashy thing." Oh! Well, when Dani's soul started to glow blue, your left eye did too! That was not fun. I take a minute to regain some energy before I can even continue the conversation. I sit up and see another one of those Miracle Star thingies.

Frisk somehow... possessed your body. "what." Yeah. Trying to wrap my head around this new information, I look around and see Psychosaurus Rex. She's passed out on the ground, but looks like she might be about to wake up. Despite my better judgement, I decide to look and see if she's ok.

I turn right and discover a new door. I open it and step into a strange room. There's all sorts of levers and spikes, and gigantic bottles of some sort of potion. Sssssssoooo maaaaaaaanyyyyyyyy puuuuuuuuuuuzzzzzzzzzllllllllllessssssss! Oh, joy. You just don't appreciate puzzles! Somehow, Frisk's love of puzzles strikes a nerve. Oh, does it? I'm sorry! "it's cool, kid. i don't know where i'm getting this anyway." And this doesn't concern you at all. "oh, i'm freaked as a cat in a rainstorm. i'm just maintaining my focus here. let's look around." I walk around, investigating.
GIANT BOTTLES
They seem to be filled with colorful potions. The colors remind you of the seven human soul traits. There are also bright pink and pure white liquids. On closer inspection, the green bottle has sprung a leak. It would be smart not to get any closer. We don't know what this stuff does.

Photosynthesis. Photosynthesis. For some reason, thinking about this word sends you into a giggling fit. You imagine Flowey flapping his petals. As you drop into the pile of leaves in hysteria, you discover something metal. "what's this?" I pull out a necklace. It's a diamond circle with gold wings and little silver triangles. You got the Delta Necklace. [ACCESSORY] Provides bonus resistance to fire-based attacks. Attacks of this sort will go towards your Stress [ST] rather than your HP. "that would've been handy earlier." Well, now we'll be better prepared! You equipped the Delta Necklace. You unequipped the Bandages.

It's a statue of three minotaurs and a human child. What a happy family. Sadly, it has fallen into disrepair. Somehow, looking at this statue touches a nerve. On closer inspection, you find a sledgehammer behind the statue. It suddenly occurs to you that the human's face was smashed in and didn't fall apart naturally. "what kind of *******?" Please stop.

It's locked. "oh for..." Without thinking about it, I snap my fingers at the lock. You cast Skeleton Key. [10 MP] The lock opens. Your eye flashed again! Interesting. It seems your eye flashes whenever you use magic. Inside the chest, you discovered a purple robe. It's a little big, but most things are. "hey wait a minute!" You got the Keeper's Robe. [ARMOR] Increases ST by 10. "how many voices do i have in my head?!" You decide it's better not to question it. "no i don't!" You. Decide. It's. Better. Not. To. Question. It. "ok, ok! sheesh." You equipped the Keeper's Robe. You unequipped the Hospital Gown.
"all right! looks like we can do several things here. we can find a way through this field of spikes, we can sort through these levers, or we can go through that door over there." Yay! Puzzles! Yay. Puzzles.

I'm getting a lot more tolerant of this. I only get stunned for a minute this time. I get back up and wander over to the spike maze. It's strange. This maze seems familiar to me somehow... "really, frisk?" Yeah. Could you have been here during life? Possibly? Maybe. "if you're getting memory cues, this must be the right track. do you remember the path?" I think so. Go to the left side of the path, and move forward...? With Frisk's help, we quickly maneuver the maze. On the other side is another Miracle Star.

There's only one way to go from here, so I get moving. A little white frog thing hops in front of me. "whoa!" I go on the defensive. When you only have one HP, you kinda have to! "Ribbit? (Hello?)" The frog speaks! "oh, yeah, i remember hearing about these guys. they're called froggits. pretty weak - not much more hp than me." "Croak creak? (Do I know you?)" "well i sure as **** don't know you." First off, stop. "no." Second off, rude. Third, don't be so quick to dismiss this Froggit. You have amnesia, remember? "Crick? Ribbit rabbit. (Are you ok? You're talking to yourself.)" I guess little Froggits can't hear us! Seems like it. You'll have to be careful, or everyone will think you've gone completely loco. So why are you still talking to me?! "uh, yeah, i'm fine. just distracted." "Crook creak! Croak! (I know a place you can stay until you feel better! Follow me!)" Hmm. Follow a weird Froggit I just met, or wander off with no idea where I'm going? Both seem like risky moves.

I trip forward, but that's it. "Croak? (Are you ok, mister?)" "yeah, just got a little dizzy. lead the way, little guy!" We follow the Froggit through a dark maze of corridors. Maybe following him was the best choice - I'd get hopelessly lost on my own. We go through a few rooms, learn about various puzzles and traps... I even have a conversation with a possessed training dummy! Outside the training room, I find another save star.

Loox looks furious.
The Loox fires off some eye beams, which I dodge with no trouble.

I send some bones flying at the Loox. He takes three damage, one for each bone. Perfect, that's all I wanted to do. I dodge some more eye beams and try to run away.

"You think I'm just gonna let ya run?" The attacks get faster and more hectic. I start struggling to dodge, I panic I - I -

"Y-you..." I open my eyes. The Loox has a bunch of bones sticking out of him. I suddenly realize that I did this... the Loox turns to dust right in front of my face.

Shut up, Dani! I already said I panicked! "nothing. let's go." We start walking. We're almost to the spot where I... fought Loox. Tricky situation. I could fight Loox again, at the risk of dusting him again. I could try to talk my way out of a fight, which doesn't seem likely. Or I could try to ditch right now and both confuse the Froggit to no end and risk getting hopelessly lost. All really bad options, but there's no time to decide.

I'm not sure about this, but ok. I admit my judgement isn't always the best. I'm not that stubborn... That's a surprise. Shut up, would you? "Ribbit? (Why did you stop?)" I turn and bolt back the way I came, avoiding Loox's surprise attack. Initially, it looks like it works. However, as I was worried about, I soon become very lost. Well, I can't say I'm surprised. I wander the Ruins for a while until I stumble on that possessed dummy again. He's talking to another ghost. "C'mon, Blooky, being corporeal is way more fun than being a ghost! I found some unclaimed dolls in the old house! Just try it, ok?!" An old house? Interesting. The ghost looks a little uncomfortable. In an almost inaudible tone, he whispers, "but i don't want to be a doll..." The dummy starts dragging his... friend? Brother? Down the hall by the poofs of cotton he uses as hands. Oof, thinking about the word brother sends me tripping again. Whatever. Doesn't matter. I call out to them. "hey, if he don't want to, he don't want to. leave him alone." Fluffy turns and sees me. "Oh hi, Claw! Nice to see you again! This here is my cousin, Blooky!" You were actually pretty close with brother. Blooky looks at me and becomes extremely pale - which is a feat for a ghost. "i-it's y-you... y-you're a-alive..." Blooky becomes so pale he turns invisible. Ok, what was that all about? "Blooky? Where'd you go? I should go find him. You wanna help, or do you want me to drop you off at the old house?" I do want to know what Blooky meant when he said I was alive - I mean, why wouldn't I be? But I am concerned about getting attacked again and accidentally killing another monster. And also, what's the deal with this old house?

Ok, now I'm curious. As I walk around a tree on the way to the door, I see a new star.

He cackles manically and burrows away. ...Well, that was creepy - PETALS! I dodge some razor-sharp flower petals and almost fall down the stairs. "thanks for the heads-up, dani. even if i had to put my head down! ay!" Frisk giggles. Stop. We start heading into the basement. "gee, this is a long tunnel." The strangest part is what's in it. Look around. There are all sorts of bottles scattered on the floor. I look at a few, but only one small test tube catches my eye. It's full of glowing red liquid, and has a label on it that reads simply "D.T." Will you take it?
