Upload more episodes to appear in the fresh section?

When I'm on my dashboard, I usually check the messages from Tapas that are displayed on the right side (It's like an ad). The first one asks if I want to pitch a novel and gives a link to a forums thread explaining how I can do that. But what interests me right now is the second one. (If you click on the arrow underneath the messages scroll left and right)

In the title it says

You’re on a roll!

And the actual message says

Now that your series is ready to view, let’s start with trying to reach 25 subs! Upload more episodes to appear in the fresh section. Or share your story in the forums!

What does the;

Upload more episodes to appear in the fresh section

mean?

More uploads mean that you are going to get featured or what?

Every time you upload an episode, your comic/novel can appear in the Fresh category on the app/site.

So if you post one massive update with a ton of content all at once, you only appear in the Fresh category once.

If you post several smaller updates spread out over the course of a month, then you'll appear in the Fresh category several times, giving more new readers the opportunity to spot your comic and give it a shot.

Also remember a series can only appear in fresh once a day! So uploading multiple things a day wont help you appear multiple times it'll only show up once so its better to space episodes!

Yeah, if you upload your next episode less than 24hrs after the previous one, your series will not appear in the Fresh section. I think it was a way to combat all those bot upload attacks from a few years ago.
