Uploading file turns into 0b?

Hey guys! Still a pretty new user here.

I am trying to update my comic, the first issue was that it was a bit more than 20MB. No worries! I cropped some stuff and got it down to 19.8MB.

So then, I try to upload the file, but it just comes back as 0b. When I preview from desktop/ mobile, there is nothing there but the description.

I was wondering if you guys knew what was happening/ have any tips in which I could freely upload?

Since my comic is long in length, I was wondering if I had to cut it up (which I though TAPAS already did?)

Are you getting any error messages? The most common ones that pop-up are the what you've exceeded 20MB or that you're exceeding the maximum page width of 940px.
