I figured I'd create a thread to dump extra art, concepts and 3d renders because it'd be fun to share and to not bog down comic episodes with it. If you have any questions I'll answer as best I can. 
The concept art that started it all. I was sketching it for fun at first, but I liked it so much that I showed it to my writer. We started brainstorming the plot and that resulted in the comic.

Above are the expressions for the monkeyman character. Contains spoilers, by the way.
Humanoid faces is not something I draw often so it doesn't feel very natural to me. I ended up modelling a simple 3d render to help me with different angles and perspectives.
