Vertical Thumbnail trouble

Anyone know how to shrink a vertical thumbnail below 700km without changing the aspect ratio? It is for the Webtoon contest.

Do you mean a thumbnail as in the episode thumbnail (the little square) that shows up in the menu or do you mean a page? Because when I upload my pages webtoon just cuts them up to fit their sizes without problem and without changing my aspect ratio.

Its in the Series menu. I keep using an image compressor then it kept saying something about aspect ratio which is 9:16

Oooh I understand now.
Hmm if your thumbnail isn't already at 9:16 ratio then you might have to change it anyways, I'm not sure if there is a way around that. I dunno how strict webtoon is with that or if you can just adjust the width only and have the current aspect ratio remain the same.
