right off the mention of naharis gives a spooky vibe - half season of the dead and half that that is just a super interesting and obscure name
im getting amber vibes so far, but the way streetlights turn everything to what you know is grey, but cast in that warm light - like greyscale but shades of streetlights
definite conflict of interest straight off the bat - the two men are shady as hell, but also there's a lot of potential for harshness and bias in your MCs talk about degrees etc. - curious about the non-magical 'our kind'
and very concerned for everyone now! but with prior knowledge to expect it, im noticing you incorporating clocks already - the 'clockwise around her room' was a nice touch
I'm getting the 'men in dark cloaks with bowler hats' vibe from these two (even though they're wearing suits) but like ... kinda looking wrong and very shady - faces unclear
naharis reminds me of skulls and skeletons and other faces behind people's faces
oh this is super interesting!
im curious why her head's hurting - makes me think of zipped lips and red. So far the amber tone is persisting even in the house, which im imagining kind of old school with dark coloured furniture - cloth and wood, maybe some kinda ugly patterns haha
when they walk down the avenue this time, things are more pale and greyscale
i still like the imposing men in bowler hats image for these two, very dark, not much skin meeting the light
oh now there's some good red - but a very dark red, crimson like you said and one of my favourite red words recently 'sangria'
so the headaches indicate when she's broken time by sharing knowledge of the future with someone else? interesting!
ooh i wonder what caused her to go back to this spot? this avenue is becoming a feature - i imagine it with hedges and tall wrought iron fences and big old school lamposts. Oh and now you mention a clock tower again, perhaps with the clock tower looming in the background
the newspapers gel very nicely with the overall imagery so far. I expect these people have something to do with nathan gilbert's disappearance
OH NO - so because they didn't encounter the MC they actually chose to go earlier?
OH and memories damn! now thats spooky as hell
the dark green liquid makes a nice undertone to all this dark grey/amber/crimson im imagining
more clocks! and all those nice olden kinds of clocks
this scene is very dark green actually, but still with the warm, brownish undertones - perhaps some wood panelling?
oh damn this year business is NOT going to turn out well, im kinda wondering if the ghost either has other motives or is connected to these murder cases as well. Also they'll be going back to when nathan gilbert died? definitely gonna get involved with that
this staircase fits all the wrought iron imagery too - like one of those rickety metal industrial ones, right?
OH the auburn as she falls is gorgeous! yep my colour palette is definitely dark grey/sangria-auburn-amber spectrum/dark green undertones with that splash of moonlight grey
ohhh reason number three is going to be very important, isn't it?
