Would such episodes need to be tagged M rated?

Example 1 visuals would be...

But the dialog would be them discussing explicit detail of sexual experiences while under the influence of substances.

Hm, I don't think, that would be pg13. More like 15 and up.

Both of those would likely be 18+, and the second one would require a warning for extreme sexual assault (and depending on the exact situation, the first one might too). To not do so would be pretty irresponsible.

There may be a margin for exactly how explicit the discussion for scene 1 is, because it can go right down to 15+ or fully be too explicit for tapas entirely, depending on word choice and writing.
