Wanting to rebrand my comic - thoughts?

So i've been contemplating this for a while, but Im really wanting to rebrand my comic, and by this I mainly mean a title change. I haven't been happy with the title for a while for several reasons, the biggest being that I don't think it fits with the story as much as it used to since it's gone through several rewrites after the title was chosen, and It is pretty similar to a large game franchise and a popular musicians newest album name, so it takes away the uniqueness of it.

I'm fairly early into the publishing process, I only have 4 episodes out at the moment, so I figured it would be the best to do it now rather than later while I still have under 100 subs on the platforms its posted on and i'd only have to do minor editing. But I'm interested to know your thoughts. Is this a good idea? Should I just stick with the title even though i'm not longer happy with it?
Also, the title name i'm thinking of is I'll Find You. It fits the genre of "drama" a lot more than the previous title as well as being more unique and I think memorable. Plus, it fits the overal plot a bit better in my opinion. Does that title sound good?

Definitely change it if you're unhappy with it.
Even comics from big creators get their names changed. Vamp Sabbath started out being called Friday Night Fangs.

I'll Find You for sure sounds more dramatic than Portals. Portals I think of scifi or fantasy and could be anything from light-hearted action to gag-a-day comedy.

Ah, that's good to know! I wasnt sure if it was a thing for people to change their comic names or not, that definitely makes me feel better (also had no clue about Vamp Sabbath also changing its name)!

You can change it’s up to you. Definitely do your research and see if there’s other licensed works that will clashed with you as well.

You're free to change your comic's name however you like! I renamed my comic because it was way too easy for someone to misread or misheard the title as something else. So long as you inform your subscribers about the change and how you plan on moving forward, all should be well with the rebrand. Best of luck!

I think you should go for it! In the end, it's your comic! If that fits with the genre better then in my opinion it's your best bet! Good luck! <3
