Would it be possible to make the subscriber count go back to the full numbers? ( ; w ; ) I would rather see all my subscribers down to the single person rather than see a rounded number

You should be able to see the actual number just by hovering your mouse over the estimate (or clicking on it and going to your subscriber page).

As a creator, I let Aura know how to get hers activated to receive coins because she is creating comic/novel. But you can email michaelson@tapasmedia.co and let them know you'd like to be able to tip & receive tipping. There are some rules...being of age, etc. Ugh, I don't have the links.

As of now, you can only activate it once you reach the minimum 250 subscribers. The email activation was only available for a limited time before the end of the last tipping event.

Unless something has or will change... which is why I'm excited for the next event.

Hi, I have been told some people experience issues with tipping on the web!
The issue works as follows: They click the tip button and nothing happens.

Hey there! I'm far from tech support but I think what might be happening is they're clicking the "Tip" button before inputting an amount. What they'll want to do is click the arrow next to it first, choose an amount, then click the big yellow button.

However me and other users have run into a different problem since updating the app; whenever "free coins" is opened, the app crashes. This is regardless of whether it is accessed directly through the menu or by swiping to the side in the coin shop!

Hmm, I'm not sure about that one. It's best to contact support at feedback@tapas.io to explain the issue, providing your username and phone model. Though also keep in mind that with the Thanksgiving holiday, we'll be a little slower than usual to respond.
