Is there are any other website like Tapastic where you can publish novel?
I have been looking for website but I failed badly. So now I am needy for your help.

There's wattpad. It's mainly for stories and novel.

RoyalRoad. They'll review your novel before submission first. Or so they say. Integrated profile options for reader donations.

Webnovel.com. Readers can vote on you books and push it up out of the darkness so more people can see it.

Wattpad, but I hear nothing but horror stories and have had no luck getting noticed there myself.

Wattpad.... unless you're a.) brave enough to face the forums, and b.) you're not making an LGBT novel, they tend to go under the radar I think.

Mangatoon, a platform for both comics and novels. You have to wait before admins review your submissions, but they do so within a day or so. Sometimes a bit longer.

I would not use Webnovel before reading, and being OK with, their terms. As an American, it flies in the face of the sort of rights I expect to retain on work I author.

An acquaintance familiar with law looked at it last Feb. and I was told that their terms are essentially that of Tapas.

They serve as places to get my work out to an audiance and it's worked pretty well so far. Good Amazon activity without the need to advertise on my own.

You always check terms whenever you plan to publish your work anyway. But luckily, they (webnovel) already amended their terms and services few months ago.

Anyway, another platform that I have yet to see being mentioned:

1) Tapread (its quite new)
2) Moonquill (Also quite new)
3) Scribblehub (if you're writing eastern fantasy, then this is your stop. Also, they are currently having an event with $200 prize pool)

Mangatoon... as a novelist, I have the worse experience. Their staff is the most unprofessional staff I've ever worked with. You can check my few ig post about my conversation with them:

In terms of stats, Tapas has been the best for me outside of Booksie. Tapas's website and forum feels more alive where Booksie can work a lot like Wattpadd (I'd never recommend that site to anyone, personally) in the sense of "read for reads!" are insanely common over there. I've managed to get by on Booksie by not doing read for read at all. I'm also not sure as a reader, if you're ever updated on when a story updates a new chapter. I've tried following some stories on there to read and I've not even gotten emails or a notification on the website about something was updated. (Booksie also isn't entirely a UI that's super easy to learn since it's a mix of their old and new website UI's and they haven't touched it in at least 2 years.)
Of note: Booksie is Italics friendly and has a lot of tools for a reader to change the view while reading online such as larger text, giving it a gray background, or white on black mode.

You can also try Inkitt, the reader base there is pretty large but I wouldn't sign any contracts with them.

Qoutev is nice too though you'll know there within the first three chapters if your book is going to do well or flop.
