So lately I've been obsessed with reading webtoons; in specific, Manhwa webtoons! I've noticed though that a lot of them would have this 3d-esque background to them which I find really cool! I was just wondering if anyone knew what programs are being used to make those backgrounds or if there are any programs that could make similar results. I'll post a few pictures to show what I mean:

Yep, I think it's Sketchup too If you'd like, here's a tutorial on 3D backgrounds from Yuumei, which I found really extensive and useful. ^^
