So, I’ve started uploading my comic to Webtoons, and I converted all my pages to JPEG’s and resized them to fit the format (ugh) but the quality looks...bad. It’s fuzzy and not as sharp as I know the pages are supposed to look. Is there anything I can do about this, or is it just a product of resizing and JPEG quality?

There are different levels of compression for JPGs. In Photoshop, I can choose a value between 1 and 100, with 100 being 100% quality. I find 70 to be the best balance between file size and image quality, though I can usually get away with 60. The blurriness and artifacts start to become more noticeable at 50 and lower. If you're unable to choose compression levels with your image editing program, trying finding one that does. GIMP is free.
