There's some good advice which has been left below for you by @migxmeg which may help. (Thanks, Meg!) It's all solid stuff. You can't rely only on being seen organically, and those few subs you may get directly through WEBTOON will be because of a catchy thumbnail dangling in front of the occasional person looking at 'genre/newest' on Canvas.
Beyond that, my advice would be to stick at it regardless of audience. Use making your comic as a gauntlet through which you can improve your craft as a writer and an artist. Don't neglect things like drawing from life and technical studies and such either, but as a general rule; the more you draw, the faster you improve. The faster you improve, the more of an audience you will attract. You just need to cultivate that tenacity!
