Webtoon Studio looking for a writer (Split Revenue) or (PAID) [Closed]

Hello, I'm the author of the Webtoon series called "Is it Better to Change?" Currently, I am involved in a new project with another artist. Together, we are establishing a Studio called "Frostblade Studio" and we are actively seeking a writer to join our team. The selected writer will have the thrilling opportunity to see their ideas transformed into an enthralling comic and will be credited as the writer in the webtoon.

Criteria for the Writer:

• Whether it be through a devoted following on Wattpad or a portfolio of written works that are available for review, the writer should have credible writing experience.
• It's imperative to have a strong interest in Webtoon comics and a solid grasp of the most recent developments in the field.
• We need a long-term (1-3 years) collaboration commitment.
• Grammar proficiency is expected.
• A must-have skill is the ability to write interesting dialogue between numerous characters.

Benefits for the Writer:

• Depending on the writer's preference, we can provide either a payment or a revenue-sharing arrangement. If you want to be paid, let us know how much you would like. Here is an example ($10 per 1000 words).
• You will have the chance to learn how to make storyboards that are suitable for an artist's needs as the writer.
• We will offer advice on the fundamentals of writing a gripping story with logical rises to action in each chapter organized around an arc timeline that guarantees a positive reading experience for the audience.

Title: Hidden for intellectual protection
Genre: Superhero/Fantasy/Romance
Average word count: Approximately 700-1200 words

My main series is Teras: the deadly game of cards (My writing for volume two is a bit bad because I was still learning and the writing of volume one is better because I reworked it and as for the final chapters of volume three, I have to say they are my greatest so far)

I know your ask for complete scripts I Dont have a complete scripts but I have several project ideas that are very close to the scripting phase, im very passionate and have no problem with a 3 year commitment if your interested

Also, I have a few doubts of my own that I want to clear up beforehand..
1. You mention that we will get the chance to transform our own stories into a comic but at the end you defined your own story, can you elaborate what exactly you are looking for??
2. If it's your story, do you already have a storyline that you want the writer to follow up since you only mentioned the genre and title..
3. Will their be deadlines, if yes can you provide a rough estimate of the span??
